1. How can I find a specific item online?

To search for a specific item using the style name (or style number), please use our search bar at the top of the page. (Sorry, this does not apply to mobile website.)

 

2. Do I need an account to order?

No, an account is not required for fast and easy checkout.

 

3. Are there exchange rates?

We currently base our transactions in Hong Kong Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

4. How do I place an order?

From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list. Choose a color and a size, and then click on 'Add to Cart'. Click here to shop now.

 

5. Can I place an international order?

We only ship to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

 

6. Can I modify or adjust my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

7. How do I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information issued by the courier. To check the status of your shipment, please visit the following courier's websites and enter your tracking number:

8. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item.

 

 

Order Status

 

A. Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when 1) your order has been received or 2) your shipment has be processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

 

B. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

Promotion Code

 

1. Can I use two promo codes on the same order?

No, unfortunately our shop can only accept one promotion code per order.

 

2. Can I use the same promo code twice?

No, a promotional code can only be used once, by one person, for one order only.

3. Can I use promo code on any items?

Selected items are excluded from promo codes. 

4. Why am I not receiving coupon code after signing up for newsletters?

If you do not receive an email with a coupon code after signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the coupon code email got delivered there instead of your inbox. It is possible that our e-mails are being blocked by your email settings. Please select the coupon code message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through. If you don't receive coupon code within 24 hours, go to contact us and let us know.

Payment 

 

1. How can I pay for my order?

We are accepting PayPal for payment. Items will not be shipped until the transaction has been cleared.

2. Can I pay without creating a Paypal account?

Yes. To securely checkout without creating a Paypal account, you may follow the following steps:

1.  add the item(s) you wish you purchase in the shopping cart

2. click "view shopping cart"

3. click "check out with Paypal"

4. choose your location from the dropdown menu, then click "continue"

5. select a shipping method, then click "continue"

6. click "continue to PayPal" and it should redirect to Paypal website

7. choose "Pay With A Card"
